Are you an IT Support professional within a Law Firm looking to join a Top Tier Law Firm in London?
A Legal 500, growing and diverse Law Firm is looking for an 1st line IT Support professional to join.
This firm keep their support staff at the heart of what they do so hardworking and motivated people wanting to progress is a must. Salary up to 28K along with a fantastic benefits package.
You will initially work under the Service Desk Managers supervision to increase knowledge on the IT environment and support desk function.
You will have varied responsibilities including answering calls to the helpdesk number (and logging) and providing effective IT Support services across the firm both onsite and remotely.
You will complete software support and set up on hardware and software. This includes setting up equipment's for meeting rooms/seminars, configuring new laptops and desktops, support and maintain PC desktops/laptops, troubleshoot desktop and system problems and diagnose hardware and software.
You will be providing support to over 350 people across other offices. This is mostly remote however there may be a visit to one of the other offices as and when required. This team has a very friendly culture and they support each other to enable to succeed and thrive in their roles.
You must have good technical skills in:
* Microsoft office applications
* Troubleshooting desktop PC's & virus checks
* Networking concepts
* Active Directors
* Windows 7
* Exchange Server skills
* Exposure to legal is advantage especially the software such as bighand dictation, DMS, mobile device set up configuration
