We have a rare opportunity for a head of employment in Liverpool. This is a brilliant opening for an experienced employment solicitor to head up a successful employment department in regional firm in Liverpool.
Our client is a reputable, regional practice based in Liverpool who pride themselves on providing a personal and quality service to their clients. The award-winning firm are accredited by the likes of the law society and lexcel for their ongoing contribution to resolving legal matters.
They are searching for an employment solicitor to take the reins and become the head of employment in the firm. It is a role in which you will be heavily involved in the business development of the department, building lasting relationships with your client base, consisting of SMEs and emerging businesses, and generating new clients from contacts you will have in the market.
This opportunity will suit an employment solicitor with a minimum of five years of experience as a qualified solicitor* with a desire to be a head of employment. You should be comfortable with developing a department, managing your own caseload and generating work. Ideally, you will have gained experience dealing with respondent and claimant matters as there is a real mix of work within this employment department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated solicitor to run their own department.
