Salary: £16000.00 - £20000 per annum
QED Legal are working with a leading international, full-service law firm in Bristol who are looking for an Employment Paralegal to join their team in the city centre.
Working out of fantastic offices in the heart of the city you will be assisting with complex employment law matters and handling your own small caseload of cases (Under Supervision)
Your day to day role will involve advising businesses on a number of employment law related matters, assessing documents, drafting basic witness statements, counter schedules of loss, COT3s in advance of settlement, briefs to Counsel, applications to Employment Tribunals, costs applications and providing general support to fee earners on non-contentious and contentious matters such as redundancies, disciplinary matters, grievances and TUPE transfers.
The right candidate should have at least 6 months experience working in a respondent employment law team, ideally at a large regional or national practice with strong academics.
