Salary: £35000 - £45000 per annum

Our client is a full-service law firm, servicing clients across the North East and beyond. The firm is dedicated to providing honest, straightforward advice, and is looking for a like-minded individual to join the friendly and approachable team.
You will be working on a broad ranging commercial property caseload including grant of lease, tenants taking lease, sale of commercial lease, freehold purchase, Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, real estate finance for both the lender and borrower and corporate support. You will be running your caseload autonomously, however supervision will always be there should you need it.
There is also opportunity to get involved in the teams business development through marketing and networking so experience of this would be an advantage.
The firm envisages the successful commercial property solicitor to be between 3-5 years' PQE, however this is given purely as a guideline and should you fall closely outside this bracket, you are still encouraged to apply.
This role would suit someone with excellent technical skills and strong client care skills who is a good team player.
