An exciting opportunity has just become available for a paralegal to join a leading North West firm in Kendal.

The firm are looking for a paralegal to work in their construction department. However, it is not essential that you have prior experience in that area. This role would be ideal for a recent LPC graduate who is looking for their first legal position. The firm are renowned for their excellent training and development structure, so the successful paralegal is sure to be given exemplary progression opportunities.

As a paralegal with this firm, you will work alongside market leading professionals to undertake interesting and engaging duties. Typically, you will assist with:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various construction contracts
  • Preparing construction projects documents
  • Delay and disruption claims
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Risk management
  • Dispute avoidance and management

This list is non-exhaustive and there are several aspects of the area of law that you will able to get stuck into.
