JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: At least 4 years
LOCATION: Greater Manchester (commutable from Altrincham, Macclesfield, Manchester, Northwich, Stockport and Warrington)
THE ROLE:
The Contentious Probate Solicitor will join an award winning team of specialists, rated some of the best in the region. You will be responsible for a caseload including matters such as validity challenges, IPDFA claims, removal of executors and claims for proprietary estoppel. As a more senior member of the team, you would be expected to work with, and support, the Head of Department with supervisory and business development activities.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking to speak to contentious probate solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE in this specialist area of law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must as is a genuine desire to contributed to the contentious probate team's ongoing success.
