Contentious Probate Lawyer
A contentious Probate Lawyer is required by a specialist litigation team employing some leading lawyers in Bath.
The Firm
A private practice with a long history, established decades ago, with strong community links and investors in charitable organisations locally. The Role
Due to expansion a new opportunity for a contentious probate solicitor to work in a dedicated team. The successful contentious probate lawyer will manage a case load of contentious wills, probate and trusts disputes involving various complexities.
The Candidate
A proven litigator with private client dispute experience, ideally at least 2 year's post qualification experience with good knowledge of court litigation processes, excellent communication skills and must be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive. Previous contentious probate experience will be required.
Salary dependent upon experience.
