My client is a Birmingham city centre based Legal 500 full service Law practice that is looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to work within their close-knit team with a focus on property and contested property work.
The department deals with a wide range of contentious work, both commercial and private client, and numbers several Partners with individual specialisms in Construction, Property, Insolvency, Planning, Contract Disputes, and Private Client litigation.
This role will enable the successful candidate to work primarily on claims concerning Property Litigation claims, though experience in other areas of litigation, particularly contested private client work would be useful.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with around 2 - 4 yrs PQE gained at a Legal 500 firm. The role will provide you with an interesting and varied daily caseload of matters which you will run from the outset, while gaining exposure to complex and high value claims working alongside the team.
