The Role
The firm is seeking a Plot Sales Conveyancer to be based out of their Stratford Upon Avon office.
Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Property team. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Plot Sales, Development, Acquisitions for development and Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.
This role comes with great prospects to progress up the ranks, working closely with market leading Partners.
Requirements
* You will be a Plot Sales Conveyancer with 2 years + PQE
* You will deal with quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded team
* A passion for property work is key
