Job Description

Salary: £50000 - £75000 per annum + Negotiable + Excellent Benefits

Through succession planning, a rare opportunity to join an award-winning regional practice as their Residential Property Partner.

The Firm

The Role

This leading regional firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Partner into their office near Bishops Stortford

You will be joining a true regional powerhouse, responsible for all aspects of business development, team management and fee earning. As a Partner within the team, you will be overseeing a team of 4x Fee Earners.

As this position is through succession planning, you will inherit a substantial portfolio of well-known referrers in the region, you will also be responsible for further building these relationships.

You will be expected to be hands on with training and developing the team, meanwhile fee earning - it is worth noting that your targets will be adjusted allowing you to facilitate a focus on business development, training etc.

You will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Residential Property including:

* Buying & Selling
* Transfer of Equity
* Mortgages and Remortgages
* and Tenancy agreements

The team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of local, regional and national clients - the firm will also provide you with all resources needed to further build your regional reputation including, Marketing, identifying and organising Seminars and Business Development opportunities


* You will be an experienced Solicitor or existing Partner with 7 PQE +
* (There is no upper limit in PQE)
* You should have first-class communication and outstanding business development skills
