We are interested in legal assistants that have litigation experience ideally gained from PPI claims.
Due to an increase in demand from a range of our Banking and Financial Services clients, we are now seeking experienced litigation legal assistants for an initial 6 month contract, with plenty of scope for the contract to be extended to 12 months.
The team responsible for this line of work advises on complex and high value financial services disputes, including lending disputes, fraud, allegations of mis-selling, complex recoveries, insolvency and contentious data issues.
This role is remote working and inside IR35 and you will need to work via an umbrella company.
As a PPI Legal Assistant you will be dealing with PPI matters and working as part of a larger team.
Some of your duties will include:
Processing a high volume of litigation cases.
Delivering concise and high-quality advice.
Dealing with multi-track and fast-track matters.
Supporting Fee Earners

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 12 months litigation experience
Experience in managing a volume caseload would be essential.
An attentive eye to detail, with strong writing, numerical and communication skills
Advanced organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time management.
