For DWF's high profile London Corporate Team, we are seeking to recruit a Solicitor (2-5PQE). There has never been a more exciting time to join this growing and evolving team, which is going from strength to strength. We’re proud of our many long-term and developing client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with these high-profile clients – domestically and internationally- from day one, as a leading member of a dynamic London team and international Corporate practice. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to work with and learn from the best! Be a part of our journey!
The Corporate team represents public and private companies from a variety of sectors, as well as private equity funders, financial institutions, management teams and public bodies. The work covers a mixture of private company and public company matters including mergers and acquisitions, re-structuring, capital markets and private equity.
We are keen to hear from a commercially astute and City-trained 2-5PQE Solicitor. Experience of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint ventures is required and while prior exposure to ECM work is a distinct advantage, it's not a must-have.
You will be joining a friendly, supportive team, dedicated to excellent client service. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and move their careers forward. The successful candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team in addition to being autonomous and confident working under their own initiative. We are seeking candidates with good presentation and client handling skills.
This role will also provide the successful candidate with the chance to work alongside Partners and lawyers in DWF's other specialist practice groups, both in London and in our other offices, and offers unrivalled opportunities for career progression in a non-bureaucratic environment.
Life at DWF is both dynamic and fast paced so you will need to possess an entrepreneurial approach, be resilient and respond well to multiple levels of change.
