Salary: £70000 - £85000 per annum

The Role:

This is a rare opportunity for a Residential Property Partner to join this respected regional heavyweight in their Leeds office, based in the heart of the City. This role has arisen due to unprecedented growth in the firm's highly regarded Residential Property department.

The Residential Property department deals with a good quality of work, including freehold and leasehold sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Due to its reputation, the department has a strong network of clients and referrers, ensuring a steady stream of quality referrals coming in.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Residential Property department, and across the firm, as they look to drive the firm forward and achieve ambitious growth plans. As part of a highly successful leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the firm.

Given the firm's penchant for promoting lawyers to Partnership internally, it is very rare for a role at this level to become available. It is an exciting time to join as they embark on a journey to become one of the key national players and make waves in the market. You can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, a bonus on your billings, in addition to a bonus based on team performance, and on any work that you refer to other departments.

Requirements

* You will be a Residential Property Partner with at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
* A transferable client base or existing contacts is highly advantageous
* You will have good technical knowledge and experience handling high value, complex matters
* You will have strong business development ability and will be able to build strong relationships with clients
* Ability to cross-sell other departments in the firm
* Experience of leading a team is also desirable
