My client are a multi disciplined law firm and they are recruiting for a Practice Manager. This role will is to join the management team and will have an instrumental part in the shaping and development of the firm going forwards.
This Practice Manager position is a high-profile and influential role which requires the successful candidate to be able to communicate with people of all levels.
The Practice Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the firm to include HR, marketing and the financial management of the firm. You will provide day to day assistance to the COLP, COFA and Money Laundering Officer and will be the first port of call for staff queries in relation to risk and compliance.
Ideally you will have a minimum 5 years experience as a Practice Manager within a legal environment and posses an understanding of the demands and requirements of a business management role in a law firm.
Excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication and organisational skills
Genuine commitment to your work and highly motivated, progressive business manager
Excellent working knowledge of SRA Rules and Regulations.
People management experience and working knowledge and implementation of HR processes / procedures from recruitment to exit
