Lexcel accredited law firm is looking for a Partner for their new Employment department.
Our client, based in Cardiff is seeking a non-director Partner to join their new Employment department. They pride themselves on their client base and the successful candidate will have the ability to deal with people from all walks of life whilst developing a new department and team for the firm.

- Advice relating to furlough grants
- Internal employment matters
- Employment Tribunal disputes
- Contentious and non-contentious matters
- Employment aspects of insolvency
- Negotiating Director level departures
- Solicitor / Partner with at least 10 years’ PQE
- Able to explain complex matters in a clear, accessible language
- Able to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Good organisational, time management and IT skills are necessary
- Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
- Ability to work under pressure
- A following of clients would be advantageous
