Conveyancing Paralegal

Job Description

Salary: £16500 - £18000 per annum

Lexcel accredited practice in Bedfordshire seeks multiple Paralegals for their conveyancing department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for several talented and dynamic Paralegals to join our client’s CQS accredited firm in Bedford.  The successful candidates will be providing legal and administrative support to the department, whilst always ensuring excellent performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting fee earners specialising in residential conveyancing matters
  • Case preparation
  • Bundles
  • Undertaking research
  • Liaising with lenders and estate agents
  • Assisting with marketing and networking

 The Candidate

  • Paralegals with 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing matters
  • LPC or GDL qualification is highly desirable
  • Capable of generating fees in accordance with agreed targets
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm whilst under pressure
  • Ensuring SAR and cash flow control compliance
  • IT proficiency
  • Excellent drafting, writing and communication skills
