Lexcel accredited practice in the West Midlands seeks a driven Housing Assistant Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a talented Housing Assistant Solicitor with 1+ year’s PQE to join our client’s Legal 500 firm in Birmingham. Handling a diverse caseload of housing matters, the successful candidate will ensure excellent performance at all times.

- All aspects of litigation matters
- Social housing matters
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members
- Attending to clients
- Taking instructions and preparing cases
- Handling correspondence
- Maintaining accurate time recording procedures
- Ensuring compliance
- Solicitors with at least 1 year’s PQE
- Previous experience in housing matters is essential
- Has great attention to detail and the confidence to work independently
- Excellent client care skills
- IT proficient
- Able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm whilst under pressure
