Solicitor/Associate (2 PQE+) – Tax - Nationwide
For DWF's high profile national Tax team, we are seeking to recruit a 2 PQE+ Solicitor / Associate to be based in one of DWF's regional offices.
The Tax team supports UK resident and non-resident individuals, corporates (private, public or third-sector), partnerships and funds with market-leading tax expertise and decisive and relevant tax advice across the UK and beyond. Our clients trust us with a wide range of tax matters, including the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, the acquisition, disposal or development of properties; joint ventures; group restructuring and reorganisations; the structuring of corporate finance; payroll and employment taxes; customs and excise duties matters; devising share schemes or employee benefit arrangements; and supporting them in the resolution of tax and tax-related disputes.
This role in particular will have a focus on tax aspects related to corporate support work, employment, property development work and share schemes.

We are looking for candidates with a solid corporate tax background, gained within a similar commercial environment. The role will be client facing, working within a busy team in a progressive environment. We are therefore keen to hear from candidates who share our values of teamwork and client focus.
