An Associate Real Estate Solicitor is sought for an exciting opportunity at one of the region's best law firms. The opportunity The role is open to Real Estate Solicitor with upwards of 4 years PQE. The role is to be based in Liverpool. To be considered for the role, you will have experience of a varied commercial property caseload to date and will have trained and qualified at a recognised regional or national practice and have a strong academic track record. The firm The firm in question is one of the leading Real Estate practices in the North of England with an enviable list of candidates which reflect their position in the market. Working for partners considered to be leaders in this field, Associates in this team benefit from gaining exposure to a broad range of transactional real estate work including development, acquisitions, investment and disposals, for an impressive client base. The details The role would suit a 4 year plus PQE Real Estate Lawyer, but all applicants will be considered on their merits. This is a significant role for any lawyer looked for a well-rounded real estate role. It will involve, inter alia: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents, including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements, agreements for lease and leases. Chargeable hours are in the region of 1400 per annum which is less than other law firms of equal standing. What is on offer Salary of between £48,000 and £60,000. Bonus of up to 10% salary.
