The firm is seeking a Construction (Non-Contentious) Lawyer, at Partner level in London.
The Role: As a Partner, you will look to grow, develop and manage your own practice and the construction department as a whole.
Your practice may be generalist or more niche, but either way, it would be useful to know if you'd have synergy with some of the sectors that this firm operates in. The firm has strengths in numerous lucrative sectors, from financial services to leisure and retail and many in between.
Whatever sector they are in, they offer first-class services in landlord and tenant, in working with commercial developers, with banks and funders, on pension fund property, with commercial landowners and on health and social care property.
* Be a Construction Partner or ambitious Senior Associate with a business development focused approach.
* Strong client management skills with a focus on the delivery of excellent client service
* Work from the London office (flexible working available)
In return, you will receive an excellent package; this is totally negotiable depending on experience and what you can bring to the table, but you will be well-remunerated against that.
