Salary: £90000 - £130000 per annum

The firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their team of 13 in their buzzing Leeds office.

You will deal with a broad client base of PLC's, SME's, owner managed businesses and public sector bodies, on a complex caseload including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence, IP disputes, construction disputes and regulatory matters.
You will work closely with the other Partners within the commercial litigation department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.
· You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
· A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
· You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
· You will have strong business development capabilities
· Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and keen to get stuck in with a market leading team
· A team player, that is able to lead and delegate
