These may include fraud claims, breach of commercial contracts, contentious trust and probate issues, and professional negligence in the High Court, domestic and international arbitration and mediation / other forms of ADR.

3-5 PQE Commercial Litigation Associate to join this leading Legal 500 team in the City of London.
In this role, you will work as part of a highly regarded City of London team on a broad spectrum of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and ADR.
You will work at the Associate level as part of a team made up of four partners, one Managing Associate and four Senior Associates and will work very collaboratively and there is currently a very clear path to progression within this team when joining at this level.
