The Role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an IP Litigation Associate (1 - 4 years PQE) to join this highly regarded, Top 20 firm, based in Leeds.

The firm's impressive, global client base include luxury and consumer brands, media, technology and communications, financial services, gambling, pharmaceutical, hotel and leisure industries.

Despite their size, the firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an individual with ideas and personality who can play a pivotal role in the department, giving you a high level of exposure to complex IP & Technology work.

Your caseload will involve all contentious IP matters including the enforcement, exploitation and commercialisation of IP rights, advising on the ownership and licensing of IP rights and related disputes, contentious data protection matters,

* You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE
* Experience in contentious IP matters
* You will have an interested to specialise in Intellectual Property
