Accutrainee launched in 2012 and has enjoyed steady growth since then. We are incredibly proud of the work we do in helping legal professionals grow and develop and partnering with them on their journey to becoming outstanding solicitors.
Accutrainee offers paralegal opportunities, qualifying work experience, training contracts and positions for solicitors from newly qualified to up to around 4 years post qualification. Our goal is to help you realise your dreams in the legal profession, partnering with you and supporting you every step of the way.
Accutrainee has a unique model to help individuals reach qualification either through the traditional route (Training Contract) or through the new SQE route. We employ paralegals and trainee solicitors and send them on placements lasting between 6 to 24 months to a wide range of both law firms and in-house legal departments, so they may complete their training while they experience different cultures within different industries. Our clients include FTSE 100 organisations, consultancies and UK & US law firms.
Few periods of recognised training (‘qualifying work experience’) offer such variety and breadth of experience, with training periods uniquely designed around the trainee.
During placements, our trainees gain an in depth understanding of what it is like to work for a particular organisation and clients get the opportunity to see if our trainees are right for them. We monitor our trainees’ development very carefully through a dedicated Mentoring Programme. This is not just to ensure that regulatory requirements are met but also to enable trainees to get the most out of the experience.
More than 97% our trainees to date have secured jobs after qualification with many having been offered more than one NQ position on qualification. This demonstrates the calibre and high employability of trainees who have gone through our programme.
We continuously search the market for the best, most promising graduates whom we are confident will not just match our clients’ requirements but will go on to represent some of the best solicitors in the profession.
We welcome applications throughout the year (we’ve done away with frustrating deadlines) from candidates at every stage of their journey.
