A well-Established Law firm is recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their property team at their Chester office.
In order to be successful in this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role you must have at least 12 months recent experience working as a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, be familiar with Microsoft office and case management systems, as well as strong administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role you will assist on a case load of sales and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion as well as undertaking fee-earning work under supervision. Typical duties will include but not be excluded to: providing quotes, file creation, taking instructions from/updating clients, stamp duty and legal fees, conducting searches, preparing contract packages, SLDT and LTT forms, post completion requirements, as well as general assistant duties.
