A global Law Firm with an office in Liverpool City Centre is looking to expand their IT Department and recruit an IT Support professional to their team.

You will be responsible 1st/2nd line IT Support to over 50 employees in the firm by means of hands on, desk side and remote.

* As a Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support / Help Desk Analyst you will be expected to:
* Act as a single point of contact for all incoming IT issues for hardware and software
* Troubleshoot IT related problems for the firm's systems
* Providing support on software including windows, office and Proclaim / bespoke legal applications

Ideally, you will have worked within an IT Support team for a Law Firm. Knowledge on Proclaim would be ideal.

You will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to £25,000 dependant on experience. This firm are also at the beginning of heavily investing in their IT department by recruiting staff and introducing new technologies so ample opportunity for progression.
