An established, national Law Firm is looking to recruit into their IT Team in Leeds. This is an IT Support role including 1st and 2nd line IT Support and some Proclaim Development.
You will be responsible for providing IT Support by means of hands on, desk side and remote.
As a Service Desk Analyst / First Line Support / Help Desk Analyst you will be expected to:
* Act as a single point of contact for all incoming IT issues for hardware and software
* Troubleshoot IT related problems for the firm's systems
* Providing support on software including windows, office and Proclaim / bespoke legal applications
Ideally, you will have previous or current experience working in a Professional Services Organisation and be proficient with all office programs and experience in Windows environment.
Ideally, you will also have exposure to Proclaim in either a support role or development role. If you are a Proclaim Developer, this firm would also be interested.
