Job Description

Salary: £25000 - £37000 per annum

Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their thriving firm at their office in the heart of Liverpool

This role offers real growth potential and is ideal for a candidate who matches the below criteria. They are proud of their heritage and are keen to expand. The successful candidate must have:

* Previous experience of within a law practice and also fee earning
* Solid experience dealing with:
* Handling their own full caseload
* Drafting and Reviewing Employment Contracts (TUPE, Restrictive Covenants, Settlement, Redundancy, Unfair Dismissals, Discrimination, Tribunals)
* Good communication skills able to interact with clients effectively and efficiently
* Reviewing Client Handbook's
* Drafting complex legal documents including pleadings, letters of advice and also witness statements
* Resourcefulness and Resilience.
* Organisational Skills and Keen Eye for Detail
* Professional
* Is enthusiastic about business development
