You will be joining a thriving corporate team who provide expert guidance, have a wealth of experience and are able to meet the wide ranging needs of its clients.

Responsibilities:

* As the Corporate Commercial Partner, you will be used to advising clients on business sales and acquisitions, mergers, takeovers and all associated corporate/commercial work and you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the firm moving forward.

Requirements:

* You will have 10+ years pqe and gained excellent corporate experience, but all applicants will be encouraged to apply if you feel you meet the relevant criteria
* Strong business development and networking skills are essential
* Outstanding client care skills
* Sound technical skills and work effectively in a team
