This is a great opportunity to join a brilliant firm in a pivotal role as the Head of their Family Department, in Lincolnshire. This position can be based out of multiple offices, with the opportunity to travel when necessary to provide an office presence.
This is a fantastic role for those with previous experience in senior positions, or with great experience in leadership roles, who can tackle work across the board. The type of work you may undertake will be varied and exciting within this firm that has gone from strength to strength and now has a solid reputation as a private client firm.
Examples of work can include; advising clients on areas of divorce and finance, dealing with ancillary relief cases with HNW clients, drafting agreements across the board, representing clients at Court, assisting other members of the department. Skills with negotiating finances after separation or divorce would be wholly advantageous here!
As this is a Head of Department role, you will be awarded responsibility and leadership from the outset, and typical tasks as HOD could include: acting as a clear role model for other staff members, to consistently demonstrate assertiveness, leadership, and ability to make tough decisions; maintain good working relationships with clients, staff and external networks.
This is a brilliant role where you could flourish in a great setting, with a competitive salary on offer and flexible working options available - though as HOD an office presence is important so this role cannot be done fully remotely.
