Job Description

Salary: £45000 - £60000 per annum

Our client is an established regional firm in the South with offices in Reading and London. With modern offices right by Reading Station, and a culture and approach to match, they are one of the best options for a Real Estate Solicitor looking in Reading.

The Real Estate team are award winning and provide the full spectrum of real estate advice, with specialist expertise in the areas of public procurement, charity and property finance matters, including Islamic finance mandates. The team is well-known for its work in the education, healthcare and motor retail sectors, and is growing its hotel and leisure practice as well as its public sector client base.

In this role you will work closely with the head of department who has a London background before joining this highly ranked Real Estate team who has proven experience in real estate development and investment work, acting for institutional investors, large retailers and property funds.

This client pay competitively and have hybrid working in place, giving you the ability to work remotely twice a week if you wish. They are looking for someone to join the team who they can develop and progress quickly.

As a qualified solicitor you are likely to have a minimum of 2PQE and experience working in Real Estate. It is likely you will be working in the Thames Valley (or close by) already although re-locators will also be considered.
