Harrowells is a Legal 500 regional law firm with offices in York and across North Yorkshire with a strong focus on delivering expert legal advice in a practical way to our clients. We are looking for an experienced fee earner to join our Employment team at our Clifton Moor office on the outskirts of York.
The role involves advising on a wide range of employment law matters including Employment Tribunals, Disciplinary and Grievance issues, Contracts of employment, Discriminatory allegations, Settlement agreements, TUPE and Staff handbooks.
Our ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with up to 4 years experience of Employment Law and who can demonstrate:
- A positive and commercial approach to delivering legal advice
- A proven track record of meeting financial targets
- Excellent client care skills
- A strong teamworking ethos
The role will involve business development and marketing, representing both the department and the firm, so the ability and personality to make a success of this is key.
