JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer

THE ROLE:
A busy firm in Hampshire has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their conveyancing team to cover a period of maternity leave, you will be available to commence the role immediately. The role will include dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. Legal secretarial support will be available.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with around 3 years’ PQE. The appointed conveyancer will be personable and charismatic with previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions and be able to run your caseload with minimal supervision. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
