Are you a commercial lawyer, whether in-house or still in private practice, seeking a great new development opportunity?
We are working with a global B2B professional services company, a provider of consulting services and software, looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their fast growing EMEA office in London. You will support the business on the negotiation of commercial contracts such as consultancy and licensing, some data protection/privacy matters and provide general advice on strategic projects across the UK, Europe, and Australia. Reporting into the Associate General Counsel based in London, you will be part of a wider global legal team.
We are looking for commercial lawyers, already in-house or still working in private practice, who enjoy being team players, building a collaborative rapport with sophisticated in-house clients whilst providing strong legal guidance. The ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
