Salary: £85 000 (UP TO Negotiable)
Commercial property solicitor needed -12 month contract - employed by the firm.
Friendly, smaller north London firm, with plenty of work is recruiting an experienced commercial property solicitor to cover a period of maternity leave commencing mid February.
This is a generalist (non high street) role and the successful candidate will have at least 6PQE (other experience will be considered) and current experience of matters to include:sales and acquisitions, portfolio management and landlord & tenant among others.
The expectation is the contract will last for a bare minimum of 8-9 months, more than likely 12 months, with the potential to be taken on a permanent basis, if desired.
