SENIOR COMMERCIAL LAWYER, EMEA
TEMP TO PERM (6M FTC MIN) OR PERMANENT
HYBRID WORKING, FULL TIME ROLE
We are working with one of the most high profile social media apps. Expanding their reach rapidly across platforms and geographies they are growing in a number of areas.
We are for an experienced lawyer to support their global marketing and user growth divisions, which cover brand partnerships, B2B marketing and influencer/ creator solutions. The successful candidate will work with many key areas of the business, including user growth, public/ governmental policy, monetisation, marketing etc. Potential matters handled by the team include bespoke collaborations with broadcasters, consumer tech companies, games publishers, creative organisations and charities, agreements with talent and celebrities for brand campaigns, supporting the marketing team on product placements, media buying, adtech etc. Working with senior stakeholders on strategic matters/decisions comes as standard.
We are looking for bright, tech savvy commercial lawyers who are available at short notice for the tem to perm role OR have a standard notice period for the perm role. This will suit robust personalities who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, on high quality work and with superb colleagues and a common purpose.
