THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a traditional practice where you can focus on providing the best possible service to your clients? This reputable and established practice is keen to appoint a well-rounded Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer into their busy team. The role will involve dealing with local estate agents and clients, which have been built up through the years via the firm’s impressive reputation and networking of key members within the team. If you have experience of dealing with your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion and have covered the broad remit of residential property then we would be keen to hear from you. The firm also have one to one support available for the appointed individual.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who can demonstrate at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matters from start to finish. The role will cover the broad spectrum of residential property matters and the successful Residential Property Lawyer will be taking on an established caseload once appointed. If you have experience of mentoring more junior members of staff then this could also be advantageous.
THE FIRM:
This is an established, market town-based practice and they are keen to hear from individuals who relish the opportunity to work with local agents and clients on a daily basis. The firm are a smaller practice and as result are a close-knit team that are based in the office. With the already excellent relationship built up locally, they are keen to appoint someone who can continue to service the existing client base as well built up the reputation further.
