THE ROLE:
This role is available to join a thriving and motivated team within a highly regarded firm, the purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support to the immigration department. In this role as a Legal Assistant, your key duties will include, preparing visa applications, assisting with research, drafting documentation, picking up new enquiries and liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face. This role offers exceptional exposure for those building their career and looking to take on further responsibility.
THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced Legal Assistant, it is expected that you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a support capacity either as a legal secretary, legal assistant or paralegal supporting an immigration team. Your enviable administration and diary management skills will allow you to quickly become a key member of this team. You must be a clear and effective communicator, who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, to deliver consistent results whilst supporting the department.
