JOB TITLE: Industrial Disease & PI Lawyer
LOCATION: County Durham
PQE: 2+
SALARY: Up to c£42,000 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 2+ year’s PQE dealing with a multitude of industrial disease matters, or someone who has more general PI exposure and is looking to specialise in this area. You will manage your own caseload of matters and will deal with a range of claimant industrial disease work in a specialist department. Your caseload will be varied and will see you advising clients on a range of matters to include, mesothelioma, asbestosis, pleural plaques, bronchitis & emphysema, coke oven workers, industrial deafness & asthma and vibration white finger claims. The successful Lawyer must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and keen to develop their career with this thriving firm.
THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice. Applicants must be confident self-starts and have a flexible approach to working.
