DWF are currently recruiting a growth role for a Reward Coordinator to join our Reward team within Manchester.
Apply now! This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international legal business with over 4000 people over 30 global locations. You will report into the Head of Reward, and will work alongside an experienced team of reward colleagues, including a Reward & Compensation Manager, Share Plan Manager, Benefits Manager, and Reward Analyst.
As an entry-level reward role, this vacancy presents significant opportunities for training, growth and development in a busy reward department. You will work closely with our wider HR team, as well as colleagues across DWF, to support across a wide variety of tasks. This will include supporting the team with our annual pay review, share plans, and company funded benefits, with full training provided.
The successful candidate could be a recent graduate, or potentially come from a HR or administration background. We can be flexible on experience provided you have high attention-to-detail, team working skills, and an interest in building your skill set within benefits and compensation practices and Excel.
