DWF's high profile Commercial Insurance Team is seeking to recruit a number of growth roles to be based in any of our North West offices. The Commercial Insurance team at DWF provides high quality commercial advice on a wide range of matters to insurers, MGAs, loss adjusters and large corporates. Their expertise includes a wide range of commercial insurance disputes spanning damage, construction and engineering matters, and product liability disputes as well as policy indemnity disputes, criminal defence work and subrogated recoveries. We currently have a number of growth opportunities focussed on property damage recoveries, others focussed on a mixture of policy coverage work, property damage liability claims, and some property damage recoveries, as well as roles within our criminal defence sub-team focussing on motor prosecutions, HSE and Environment Agency prosecutions, and handling inquest matters.
We are hiring at multiple levels of experience, and can consider NQ - 3 or 4 years PQE, as well as more senior individuals. We are keen to hear from individuals who share our values of teamwork and client focus and have experience of general commercial insurance work, policy coverage or property damage claims. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to plan and case manage your own case load as well as assist Partners and other colleagues on larger/complex claims. Candidates should be self-motivated, performance driven and demonstrate good attention to detail and commitment to provide clients with high quality legal advice.
This role will provide the successful candidate with the chance to work alongside our Partners and other senior members of the team and can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.
