Defendant Healthcare Litigation Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate

The roles represent significant opportunities for training, growth and development in a unique team at the forefront of healthcare litigation which has enjoyed significant success and acts for a wide range of clients (insurers, insureds, private hospitals, defence organisations, and medical professionals) on the defence side. The team draws on opportunities to act for DWF’s wide client base, while keeping its sights firmly set on continuing to win new business in this rapidly evolving, most interesting area.
You will be able to enjoy concentrating on clinical negligence work with the scope to provide input into complaint responses, advise on risk management and patient safety initiatives whilst working within a team that can support a healthcare provider through whatever other challenges come their way.
The successful candidate will have solid experience of the range of healthcare litigation, focussing on work for defendants whether they be insurers, private clients, defence organisations or NHSR. There are opportunities available at various levels of seniority. You will demonstrate technical and commercial expertise, a team based approach, enthusiasm for delivering 'value adds' such as training and attention to detail (including data/MI) delivering excellent results and client service.
