JOB TITLE: Real Estate Finance Solicitor
PQE: 2-4 years
LOCATION: London

THE ROLE:
You will join a leading firm dealing with a range of clients including leading banks and financial institutions, challenger banks, alternative debt providers and specialist real estate lenders as well as institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, privately owned commercial real estate companies and commercial and residential developers. The work will include advising on senior debt, stretched senior debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity loan arrangements, joint venture financing, intercreditor, priority and subordination issues and security and guarantees. The team is adept at handling complex transactions for both lenders and borrowers, covering the full range of real estate sectors.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will have a minimum of 1 or 2 years’ PQE and will be comfortable managing their own cases with supervision. You will have the opportunity to be hands on with clients and get involved in business development as needed.
