THE ROLE:
This leading firm is seeking to recruit a diligent, confident and self-motivated Solicitor to fill a role with their busy property finance team. The secured lending/property finance department deals with an exceptional quality of work and have established themselves as a trusted name to a number of panels and is looking to expand on this. You will deal with a broad range of work that, among other areas, will include acting on behalf of banks, companies, investors, developers and more, dual-representation - acting for both lender and borrower and bridging and property finance.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Finance Solicitor will be from newly qualified up to 3 years’ PQE. You should be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial / residential property and bridging/secured lending transactions. You should possess good technical knowledge and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
