A GLOBAL TOP 20 LAW FIRM is in search for a CONSTRUCTION (TRANSACTIONAL) LAWYER 0-4 years’ PQE lawyer to join this exemplary and leading Construction & Projects Solutions team at a world-renowned firm.

The Role
- You will be expected to work in the energy, waste, education, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. You will be acting for a myriad of clients including but not limited to many global energy companies, tier one contractors, developers, funders, and insurers.
- You will be working on a combination of local, national, and global projects including bioenergy projects.
- For the role, you should be familiar with JCT and NET forms of contract and have some experience of FIDIC and working on bespoke contracts.
About You
- You will have excellent academics, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level.
- You will have acquired your experience in a City firm or a strong commercial regional practice.
- You will have a strong grounding in transactional (non-contentious) construction work and will be familiar with the types of contracts as listed above.
- You will be technically strong, commercially aware, and intellectually curious about the firm and the sectors in which you will operate.
- Lastly, you will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong client orientated approach.
