DAILY RATE: up to c£28,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
This is a unique opportunity for a Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join this specialist family team and assist their busy fee earners. The appointed Assistant will be required to take instructions from clients, apply for legal aid, deal with new enquiries, assist on fee earning activities, instructing experts and drafting statements. Whilst the successful candidate will not be responsible for their own caseload immediately, the opportunity to manage a caseload independently will come within 3 to 6 months from the commencement of this role.
THE CANDIDATE:
This role is ideal for a Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor who is actively looking for an opportunity to gain more experience in Family Law. This is a full-time position best suited to candidates who can work on their own initiative whilst being organised, reliable and hardworking. Legal aid experience is essential in order to be considered for this position.
