We are currently recruiting for a brand new vacancy with our client, a highly regarded US law firm.
They are seeking to hire a Recruitment Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis in the London office (with hybrid working arrangements in place).
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for business services and Associate recruitment. There will also be ample opportunities to get involved in broader recruitment projects and to drive change across the firm. From a strategic perspective, you will be able to define the way the firm attracts and recruits talent.
Other crucial aspects of the role include: being responsible for improving the candidate and internal recruitment experience as well as the employer brand proposition.
A highly competitive salary of up to £60K per annum is on offer, plus benefits.
Suitable applicants will be innovative, willing to take the initiative and have at least 3 years' prior. experience in a recruitment role within a legal setting.
