This firm comes highly recommended in the legal directories, and they have identified the need for an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to expand their property disputes department. As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be expected to expand their services as well as maintain existing relationships with their loyal client base. The successful Property Litigation Lawyer will be working on a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters including dilapidations claims, injunctions, boundary disputes and forfeiture/relief applications.
PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
The ideal candidate will be well versed in property law, a strong litigator and a creative problem solver. You will have excellent business development skills and will be keen on partaking in marketing and networking events in order to establish new client relationships. As the chosen Property Litigation Solicitor/ legal Executive, you can expect plenty of responsibility (dependent on your experience of course) which will include preparing trial bundles, drafting court / tribunal proceedings, advising on a mixed caseload of residential and commercial sector clients as well as supporting other colleagues within the team on essential tasks.
