THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Locum Family Lawyer with upwards of 5 years’ experience managing their own caseload of predominantly legal aid matters under minimal supervision. The successful Locum Family Lawyer will be providing advice on relationship breakdown, domestic violence, children dispute, cohabitation and financial settlement matters. You must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice. You will be able to commence the role immediately and will work on an on-going basis expected to last for a minimum of 3 months, the role is part time, and the successful candidate will work from the client’s office in West Yorkshire.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Public family law knowledge would be advantageous. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate and will have gained at least 5 years’ + experience in this area of law.
