JOB TITLE: Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor

Handling your own caseload of residential property transactions, the appoint Residential Conveyancer will possess the ability to take the lead on matters and be able to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have at least 2 years PQE in handling all types of residential property matters.
Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have experience of dealing with sales, purchases, development and new build plot matters.
Ambitious Residential Property Lawyers who are keen to utilise their business development skills and further enhance the profile of the team and firm are encouraged to apply.
